This is an opportunity to discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how my health counseling can help you to reach your personal goals.

There is no preset agenda. This time is devoted to your unique needs with ample time for you to share your story and ask questions. I will discuss with you the interconnectedness of your symptoms and challenges. I will summarize the strategies that will help you to reach your goals and send you a follow-up summary of your Initial Consultation, along with specific next steps to get your Personalized Program started. You will leave feeling confident and supported in not just accomplishing your health goals, but sustaining them!

Food changes everything. It is literally fuel. Not just calories, but more importantly, nutrition. Specific nutrients are required to avoid frequent illness, to have an optimal blood pressure, to keep a balanced mood, to have an efficient metabolism, to keep a strong yet calm immune system, to have blissful digestion. I help you to determine what your unique body most needs in order to function properly. As your daily diet changes, your body changes and your happiness improves. Your Program includes a rich mix of support services and tools:
- Detailed clinical research to support your unique health concerns and goals
- Two, 50-minute, customized counseling sessions per month (held via Skype/phone or in person)
- Recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
- Personalized supplement recommendations
- Follow-up session summaries to help you to review your session and lock in your learning and habit changes
- Email support between sessions to clarify progress and make course corrections, as necessary
- Emailed simple, educational handouts with more information to help you implement your plan
I will carefully listen and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements in your life such as relationships, career, finances. I will personally guide and inspire you to make simple, small changes that transform your life, helping you to overcome challenges that keep you stuck and lead you toward taking meaningful action that results in permanent change.
All programs are for a minimum of three (3) months with six (6) sessions) You decide the program length that best meets your needs. Some clients finish in three (3) months, but others may remain a year or longer. I support and honor each client’s unique wellness journey.
